Sample charges are quoted according to the quantity requested. We confirm the sample cost with you before proceeding.

Know what to expect before your custom order begins.
Advance payment
A 30–50% advance payment is required before production starts. The exact deposit percentage is confirmed in your quotation.
Balance before shipping
The remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped.
Shipping options
Choose customs-paid shipping, with import duties included in the agreed shipping quote, or customs-unpaid shipping, with import duties and applicable customs charges payable by the buyer. Availability, cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in your quotation.
Incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it. Contact us with your order details so we can arrange the replacement.
When does production begin?
Production begins after your design and specifications are approved and the agreed advance payment is received. Typical production is approximately 1–3 weeks; the schedule is confirmed for your order. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on the agreed service and destination.
