Use the jersey and shorts references separately. Confirm a close or relaxed cut and any flag-belt clearance; this guide is for non-contact uniforms.
How to measure
- Chest: Circle the fullest part of the chest with the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around the natural waist without tightening the tape.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of the seat.

- Preferred fit
- Flag-belt setup
Measure the body with a relaxed stance. If ranges disagree or a measurement falls on a boundary, request fit advice. Centimetres are converted from inches and rounded to 0.1 cm.
