SHAUNZ SPORTS makes custom American football jerseys, game pants and complete uniform sets for high school, youth, club and semi-pro teams. Every uniform is built around your team colors, logos, player names and numbers. Orders start at 10 pieces per design, and artwork and mockups are free.

Built to be worn over pads

Tell us whether jerseys will be worn over shoulder pads and whether you need padded or non-padded football pants. Before production we confirm chest fit over equipment, sleeve shape, pant length and belt arrangement, then approve sample measurements with you.

Fabric and decoration

Jerseys are made in performance polyester with breathable mesh panels, with four-way stretch polyester available for a closer fit. Full sublimation dyes the design into the fabric, so gradients, claw marks and all-over graphics are possible in any number of colors and won't crack or peel. Embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer are available for traditional numbers and logos.

Ordering from the US, UK or Europe

Send your colors, logo, size breakdown and deadline. We send a free digital mockup and a quote, and start production once you approve it and pay a 30–50% deposit. Typical production takes 1–3 weeks, followed by tracked shipping with DHL, FedEx, UPS or DPD. Choose customs-paid shipping if you want import duties included in your quote.
