Sample charges
Sample charges are quoted according to the quantity requested. We confirm the sample cost with you before proceeding.
Advance payment
A 30–50% advance payment is required before production starts. The exact deposit percentage is confirmed in your quotation.

The remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped.
Shipping options
Choose customs-paid shipping, with import duties included in the agreed shipping quote, or customs-unpaid shipping, with import duties and applicable customs charges payable by the buyer. Availability, cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in your quotation.
Incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it. Contact us with your order details so we can arrange the replacement.

What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our standard minimum is 10 pieces per design. Product-specific requirements may vary, so contact us for confirmation.
Do you charge for uniform design?+
No. We provide digital artwork and uniform mockup support for custom orders without a separate design charge.
How long does production take?+
Typical production is approximately 1–3 weeks after the design and specifications are approved and the agreed 30–50% advance payment is received. Complex or large orders may require additional time.
Can you manufacture under my own brand?+
Yes. Private-label services can include custom labels, hangtags, packaging, size stickers and other retail-ready details.
